Vacuum the crap out of both sides, wrap it up nice and send it back.  Just kidding.

The carpet in question (bleeder) should be taken out and cleaned in a cleaning factory operation where they have both the knowledge and the proper equipment to handle it when and if it bleeds.

That's something you cannot reproduce in the home with standard cleaning equipment.

Rick you need to try a milder cleaner with a lower ph or even on the acid side. If it is really soiled I would send it out. But trying differenct cleaners may help.

For those who absolutely do not want to heed the above advice and not willing to share the profit with an inplant cleaner then low-moisture clean it.
