Tell your Ninja repair guy that he's a dumb dumb...................and really knows very little about vacuums.
 
Lift and Airflow...........depend on each other to work...............one goes up..........the other must go down.

Reminds me of the early days when we were doing the missionary work (late 70's) on "All New Air-Flow CFM equipment"!!!

Very difficult introducing "Innovation" in this Industry. Takes a real long time to get accepted.
