Coffee is a natural dye. Use oxygen. www.magicwandcompany.com sells a great product called Nitro, add it to your prespray. When mixed with water it creates oxygen. Works for me everytime.

For removing this coffee stain from carpet You should used _ 1 quart warm water, ½ teaspoon dishwashing detergent and 1 tablespoon of white vinegar for 15 minutes. And then Scrub with a sponge.
