From what I've read, the two best in-line water heaters are the Mytee
Hot and the unit from Prochem. Correct me if I'm wrong.
What kind of waterflow can you expect from these heaters? I have a Diamondback with 200 psi and 2-3 stage vacs and another extractor with 100 psi and 2-2 stage vacs. What jet size would I need to run so that the heat will keep up with the flow? Are these heaters durable? Thanks. |

2 03 jets will do fine.. Also depending on your wand on/off style.. If you key back and dry forward it will maintain hotter heat.. If you key consistently across the room you will lose some heat but it will catch up when you dry stroke back across the room..

Thanks for the replies.
How long do these heaters last? Are they known to burn out pretty quickly? |

Why did you sell your prochem heater? Which brands would you recommend other than prochem?

Go with propane, UNLESS you are flowing less than 1/2 gal/minute flow.

Me go with fire.
Am I the only one to notice that if you want to kill a thread here, just let Kenny post? |

At 200 psi my Prochem portable heater 2000 w. works really good and if you fill your solution tank with hot water you can see the steam in your wand.
After use 3 differents portables heaters I strongly recommend this |

How many amps is a 2000 watt heater? Isn't it over 15?
