Thanks guys.

The lady has been very cool, and to be honest does not now seem to worried. She did cancel the contract, which is ok.

We are in the same BNI group together and she is having a bni party tomorrow at the offices so I will try to get some photos then,.

Thanks for all the advice.

I have another question though for you guys,...carpet that is stained from dogs lying on the same spot, from their oil, whats the best product?

Again many thanks

bubbleberry,

Chances are more than likely that you are cleaning an Olefin fiber. Your problem sounds consistent to Olefin wicking problems.

Your answer is to low moisture clean it with a rotary or better still OP oscillation and cotton pads using Olefin prespray or an encap product.

Crystal from Core would be a wise choice.

Good luck.

I'd want a third party to inspect it before I accepted full responsibility.

What cleaner did you use? Something more specific than "detergent" would help.

SOmething is wrong here, are you SURE it is nylon only?

Water doesn't stain nylon, there is something else going on here, wish you could post pictures here BEFORE you pay for anything.

If the carpet is only 8 months old and was not dirty to begin with, it sounds like you overwet it. Reclean with low moisture and dry with air movers

I used the bonnet, and no detergent when I cleaned the second room, the first area was done with bonnet, and detergent, but then the stain came up.

I suspected that there was an issue, so the second time I used a bonnet with just water???

Did you use extraction the first time you cleaned it or bonnet? Why no detergent?

Thanks Thang

I suggested that to the client, but she is worried that things will get worse, which I understand.

Looks like I will have to bite this one, she is a member of my bNI group, so I need things to be as smoothe as possible.

GO back and try to Encap it with either a OP machine or a Cimex and see how it turns out.

Good luck.
