There are 4 different types of 220 plug-ins. There is a 3 all straight prong, a 3 L-shaped prong, a 4 all straight prong, and a 4 L-shaped prong. Which one did he make or is there a way to interchange all heads?

A friend of mine had an electrcian make him a 220 splitter that allows him to use the washing machine plug in to hook up both heat and his extracter  without blowing circuits.  Is anybody else doing this?  Sounds like a good idea for Recoil 3 users wanting to add an electric heater.
