   I don't know but the Trend for me for the last couple years have shown that November and December are not as busy as they use to be.

The problem is I think customers think you'll probally be busy and they just don't bother to call.

what ever it is....slow season is right around the corner 

gonna have to raise my prices...that means paying the customer more to clean their carpet for me
