100% you need to get rid of some realitives? The floor would have to be sweating for that to happen?

Yes. It's happened to us(usually in August) on commercial glue down. Not sure what the RH was though

I am trying to find out whether the relative humidity in a room will cause wicking of a dormant spot. If I have cleaned a spot (presumably a tannin spill), and I am able to dry it completely without wicking, can wicking occur in the future if the relative humidity rises in the future? If so, what % of relative humidity would the room need to get to for wicking to occur?
