Going to try out my 17" Minuteman rotary today on my carpets for bonnet cleaning. I have a 2spd machine, 175/300 rpm. Which is the better speed to use?
Do the bonnets just "stick" to the standard scrub pad holder or is there a special drive base for the bonnets? Also, my JS stocks Multi-Clean and Betco chems. Any suggestions for bonnet cleaning? Thanks! |

We use 300 for carpets, 175 for floor stripping.
Bonnets stick to the "velcro" type pad holder. Ask your supplier which chems he recommends. I would go with a good carpet cleaning supplier, rather than a janitorial supplier |

Excellent! Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, we have NO carpet cleaning supplier here in town, or in fact closer than 2 hrs away. |
