Back to the post.. OK, Ken or Jake.. I'm thinking run 2-2.5 from the wastetank to a 2.5 Y then 50' of 2.5 to 2" and a whip.. With 26hp and a 45 roots.. YES or NO on more performance.. I think YES...

Say you only have a 75' run so you run the 50' 2.5" then 25' 1.5" whip.. YES or NO on performance...

And.. Who sells the 2.5" Y ?  You could use muffler pipe and have someone make one.. Like the service garage across the street from me..

Are you SURE Ken? Joe Bristol and a few others say different.. Also cmaster mentioned it would be easier on the engine and blower.. Unleashing the true power ....

I used the lip yesterday and about 2" in from each side of the wand the lips were getting sucked in the slot.. Basically around the center of the slot.. Are these thinner?

I'm Sure. The ones promoting them have money to make, and so brainwash the suckers that want to "buy in" to the idea that adding a bunch of hose is going to do it for them. The only thing the bigger hose is good for is the mega blowers of #56 and larger and those few guys running 200 ft or more of hose. Then they help.

On the glides, add a little bit of marine goop and no problem.
