Been doing mostly residential. Did a Chinese Restaurant tonight. Priced it at .35 per square foot. I was a little surprised to get the work at that price, but when I finished they tipped me up to .40 per square. So, I guess they were happy. But I wasn't very pleased with the results. A lot of crap came out of that carpet, but a lot didn't. I tried Quake & Point Blue on 1/2 of the carpet and Flex (low VOC)& Point Blue on the other half. Results were about the same. What would you guys recommend for prespray and rinse?

By the way, I've heard good things about Flex prespray. I wasn't overly impressed, but I'm required to use "Low Voc" here in Virginia. Anybody know if there's a big difference between the two?

Thanks for any advice.

Yea, Enzall, Blitz by hydramaster is good also.

If your doing this grease joint every month after this clean dont worry about aggitation. It wont be ground in like if it wasnt cleaned for 6 months.

Yes Enzall is hard to exceed it's cleaning ability on restaurant grease but to do the job 100%, you should always follow Enzall with Textile Rinse and you will be hearing much more on a New Textile Rinse from Chemspec that has EN-CAP capabilities.
