Truly I think it's out of order to take pictures inside someones house...but I will pull out my camera on the next nasty house I get.

I will ask the owner how they feel about it first

A true professional realizes the value of all cleaning methods and cannot categorically call one type of cleaning bad.

If CD calls HWE bad, it must be, cuz they certainly don't use it

I've been following the " debate " on o/p cleaning for a couple of years and due to state of my body - not caused by c / cleaning but not helped, by it, I have been experimenting with a little " toy " oscillator recently.
Can you advise me on any single products, which will handle most carpet types. There are a couple of products which have recently appeared on the UK market, with varying reports and we've had several microsplitters, for newrly 10 years, giving pretty good results, but I suspect you have a few more advanced products, across the pond !
we try harder and it shows
