It's OK. The heavy duty is good on restaurants. I prefer my personal blend

LIke I say I try and support my local guy as much as I can - if I venture out it would be to Greenie for most stuff. I had a problem the one and only time I ordered from MW - it was a total PITA.

No his staff. They have three locations. Stuff got lost and never found and the order took almost three weeks to get to Washington.

I know. Just kidding. The people in Chicago are less than perfect, too. They sold me an RX 20. It arrived damaged and their only solution was to send me a can of paint to touch it up. It would have taken a lot of paint to fill the dent. I never did fix it and they never offered

DFC works great if the carpet is already clean (very light soil) and you let it dwell for 15-20 minutes.

just sayin.

Thanks Pilediver...I'll try it...downtown Calgary is really big on GREEN products so I'm going to experiment with more of them...see what works best. Like I said this Carbonated Solutions No Soap seemed to work well and they recommend that you don't let it dwell as it's most effective when first applied...which is nice...saves some time.

I tried it again yesterday at a concrete companies offices...very dirty as you can imagine...worked quite well, however I did agitate with my floor machine before extraction and that always helps a lot no matter what you're using.
