Have you invented or marketed anything lately. Didn't think so, all criticism... but no ideas or solutions yourselves.

" I'd rather see a man have 100 failed inventions and lost dreams and ONE success than A man with none of either." It's not those that criticize that make this world great, but those that dare to dream. Sometime even foolishly out load so that others can cut their dreams down.

These are the people that tend to win my respect.

We market our services to prospective clients every day. Don't you?
However we don't promise what we know we can't deliver repeatedly. Do you? Only fools do that.
We don't lie about our sales to impress others on a bulletin board. Do you?
If you kept telling your clients that your software upgrade would be ready next week and then had an excuse when it wasn't, how long do you think they would stick with you?
If you promised a client a replacement for an inferior product and didn't give it to them, do you think they'd be pissed off?
Inventing and perfecting good equipment is something that there is a shortage of in this industry. We are constantly modding and upgrading our equipment to increase performance and extend it's useful life. My hat is off to those people who take the time to make it better and share their ideas with the rest of us. However, constant fantasizing and bull$hitting about products which will never materialize does not impress me. Maybe it impresses you

danmarck82, I respectfully disagree with your statements.

This man has screwed many people and his predictable excuses don't adequately validate his past or current actions. Therefore many of us are very skeptical of any future endeavors or predictions that he frequently claims.
He continuously disappoints people by his actions and statements that illustrate his accountability and trustworthiness. It is not his inventions, unrealistic as some of them may be; it’s his actions around his business dealing that leave and indelibly negative impression on people. He deserves every bit of criticism, and more, than he gets.

You statement is contrary to an undeniable consensus of other individuals and message board owners that have seen it to have him banned.

There are plenty of good people who do contribute positively on this board, me included. I personally have brought forward ideas and solutions that anyone is welcome to criticize. I hold myself accountable to my peers and respect that others may not share some of my views. I am humbled by the sincerity and genuineness’ of almost everyone, including you that participate on this board.

I appreciate your well thought out responses and your points are respectfully taken. I too do not appreciate dishonesty in dealing with people.

I would like to see more of the people who really have a specific bone to pick with SGK be the ones to confront him .... Then we can get first hand information and not all the assumptions . It's just how I am, If I were to be accused of something I would want to deal directly with the person who has the issue ( the accuser) .

This is not to clear SGK .... for I too do not choose to do business with
SGK and most of that comes from the reputation he has been given
on this site ( it has succeeded in creating doubt ). So I have a TY wand with Green Glides and enjoy doing business with honest and friendly people like Lisa and Jeff.

I was wrongly accused of something I had nothing to do with when I was younger and no matter what I said or did I could not clear myself. That is a horrible feeling. and so to this day I like to see fairness when people are accused. Because I have been on the other end. Do I enjoy taking the side of someone who may be dishonest . NO , it rubs me the wrong way too.
but now you know where I am coming from.

I truly respect the comments given above.

Ken has been banned from all the popular industry bulletin boards for stunts he has pulled. That alone should tell you that he is the problem, not anyone else. The only reason he is here is for entertainment value, which he provides willingly.

Being in this business, I am sure most of us have been accused of things we haven't done, so we can empathize with you. I could tell you some stories about ridiculous things my staff have been accused of(stealing water out of a pool, which was found later to have a crack in the bottom.....yup, you read it right)

I am sure you will agree that dishonesty in this industry reflects on all of us collectively. I think most of the regulars here are honest and knowledgeable. We get annoyed by people who constantly bull$hit and expect us to believe it. That's what the ICS board is for.
