Just curious as to how many here operate single trucks or multiple truck operations?

Single Truck by choice! I like my weekends at the lake and no headaches when I 'm there ( Unless, to many Bud Lites )

Multiple now, but I ran sinle for the first 15 years in this business. The hard part is moving past 2 trucks. at 2 trucks you have more than double the problems of 1 truck, cause you still have to work one of them, but have no time to correct the problems from the other one. this causes most guys to go back to one truck. At 3 trucks, you can get off the truck yourself and work on your business, instead of in it. there is a difference.

Kennie, Your last post is one of wisdom. You don't survive this long and learn nothing. Good experiences or bad , one must try to learn from them .
