Is the last week busy or slow or normal for you at the end of any given month?

Is there a pattern during the month?

for some, maybe governmet pay day for others welfare cheque day? (do they still call it welfare?)

This is back to school week, busy as hell!
If you do property management work the last week of most months can be busy.

Very busy here too, but then again so is all of Calgary. What we need is is oil to drop down to about $50/barrel or so to cool things off. I think we will get it soon too.That $78.00 high we got last month is the top for this year I think.Now that the US driving season is coming to an end and housing prices are deflating, the demand is going to fall and push down the price of oil. Only a big huricane hitting the Gulf coast in the next 4 to 6 weeks would prevent that.

Picking up this week...but most of August has been slow....
 
It's always busy near the middle of the month...and then again at the end of the month...

not as many move ins in last week of August...most people opt for the bridge mortage and do it in July..lol
