Hello,
I just cleaned a house on saturday and i received a call from the home owner saying the stains came back and are worse, I have been cleaning for over 10 years and i have never had this problem. I have heard of it but it has never happened to me. Does anyone know why it had happened and how to fix it? It is the (sand stone burber) I had used chemspec chemicals, the spot bile from a cat. any help would be great!

thanks,
Acu

Its called wicking.Try to find out what the stain is first before you  tackle it. Ask alot of questions because customers don't always tell the truth. They will tell you that it was already their when they moved in etc. For some reason they think they dont' have to pay for that stain. Might be something other than a cat. Find out what the backing is made of.
Good Luck...
