So Soil Lint Green why does your website rank 194th in Google for the search you should rank for "Eugene Carpet Cleaning" Have you ever gotten a job from someone seeing your site? I have place holding articles in the sites you looked at. Check the rank of my website in Google for Spokane Carpet Cleaning. In just over a month I have it up into the top 20. It has been up to number 10 and back and forth in the top 20. Look at Kalispell Carpet cleaning #1 Look at Missoula Green Carpet Cleaning #1. So how long has your website been up? I hope you clean carpets better than your website is optimized---Mr #194 --- By the way I do clean carpets part time. I have a Steamin Demon that I got off Craigslist for $320 that I refurbished. I bought a Challenger 15" off ebay for $460 and I bought a Windsor Drimatic off Ebay for $120. My friend that I clean with bought the Rotovac 360 package from Rotovac and I have used that quite a bit also. Yes Carpet cleaning is a hobby for me but I like to learn as much as I can about whatever I am playing with. I optimised http://www.missoulagreencarpetcleaning.com/ which ranks number one for --Missoula Carpet-- Missoula Carpet Cleaning--Missoula Carpet Cleaner-- the main words we were after. http://www.kalispellcarpetcleaning.com/ #1 and http://www.salt-lake-city-carpet-cleaning.com/ which is around #120. I have written a lot on Carpet cleaning and I have learned a lot on the different boards. For $500 I should be able to get you into the top 5 in a Google search for "Eugene Carpet Cleaning". There are no guarantees with Google rankings but If you put up the $500 in escrow with a reputable carpet industry guy and I have 6 months no pay if I don't get it there. The betis on. Could you use some calls from your website? Or do you like being Mr 194----lol--- |

I have several hobby websites that I have built. http://www.san-jose-carpetcleaning.com/

Do you actually clean carpets or are you just another wannabe web designer? Based on what I saw of your three sites, you could not be running much of a cleaning business. Servicing Washington State from Cow Tipping Montana? Quite a driver there fellar
![]() I am an avid website builder and I hope you love giving business to forum spammers. Thanks but no thanks. We already have a designer here who does handle many of our sites and with all the business the guys on this board get, I would have to say she is pretty damn good too. You should give her a try. http://www.andrechelle.com/ is Andrechelle Cermak's official website. Good luck with that website builder thing. Maybe you should try the sites for freelancers since it is fairly obvious you started up recently, right? This board is for carpet cleaners where we discuss carpet cleaning. Different from website building, got it? Edited by Soil Lint Green - 11/October/2009 at 5:43am |

To answer your original questions. Yes the rotovac works very well with a portable or a truckmount. If you are up north where it gets cold, forget about adding tanks and propane heaters to your porty unless you have a heated garage for your truck.
The basics of cleaning are critical. You need good chemicals, something to agitate--175 rpm floor machine are really popular but heavy and dwell time with most chemicals and then the ability to rinse up the dirt and chems. Heat helps but really hot heat is not necessary with good chems and agitation. CRBs are really popular for agitation also. Almost all of the main brands of portys can be upgraded with double 3 stage vac motors and switched to being two cord machines. With my experience i would go after more suck than going after extra heat with a porty. Dry times are very important. A lot of the cleaning methods you learned on the truckmount will not work as well with a porty. You will need more agitation because of the lack of hot water and lack of suck. |

The olympus is not a good choice. It blows fuses and breakers. Either of the other 2 would work well. Both would work well with a rotovac machine. But the decision is always up to you to make man.

"I'm getting the same dry times".. Sure you are..? But not at the production time or hose lengths.. Have to put these things in perspective.. You've been around the Mikey Taliban too long..

Mytee M-5 made for Greenglides with a Mytee hotbox for heat
only had it for a few months but it's really quite impressive for a porty
100 ft. is not an exageration
and I ran TM's for almost 10 years........................................I'm getting the same dry times
