Anyone out there have a sample of a contract they could send my way? Did a search on Google, but could'nt find what I was looking for. Just landed a 14 theater cinema every six weeks. I need to put this one on paper....Hotels and nightclubs also. Thanx in advance....

There is NO standad written contract for different industries.

You have to make one up according to what your customer wants and needs, and what you are ready and willing to deliever at whatever cost.

Tell me what the deal is and I can start one or give you ideas for.

I kinda figured that one also. Its rather complicated, but it rotates every 6 weeks from $1500 (whole cleaning) to $500 (halls and lobby).  Not a bad deal at all really, considering that there are only steps and 1 isle in each theater. The TM will get to every part through the emergency exits, and will be running dual wand the whole time. I figure roughly 30-45 minutes per. Then another 2 hours for the halls + 1 hr for misc = 10 hours. $100-$150/hr will work for me! Then subract chem's, gas, (d*mn big v-8 w/ a Butler), and we anticipate pocketing little more than 1K. Not too bad for a nights work. Thanx in advance....been following your posts for awhile now!

Only you can write that one up, just mention what you will be doing at whatever intervals and the price per/month or week or whatever. Don't bother making t very comlicated with alot of legal lingo, "cause it all boils down to the customer liking or not liking your work. If he doesn't like your work he'll just tell you to take a hike, contract or no contract.

Same as nightrider said, keep it simple most places will issue you a purchase order, which you will need for billing, make sure you spell out your terms for payment, {not that they will follow them} but will protect you in case of a dispute.
