I like Enz-all....Fell in love with that stuff while cleaning a
nightclub here. *Was* a fan of firewater....sold on the Chemspec now
though for commercial jobs.

What kind of system are you using? Our company runs Hydra-Master 4.7 van mounted and after a lot of trial and error we ended up running Prochem Ultrapac Trafficlean. We use that on nylon and then we have an Olefin cleaner for commercial Olefin carpets. Just a perspective.

Personally I do not recommend ENZ-ALL for residential unless it is an extreme case of extra heavily soiled carpeting with food type oil and soiling. The alternative for residential is Pre-Kleen. If truth be known you should also rinse both of these products out of the carpet with an acetic rinse (textile rinse) to bring the pH of the carpet back to reality. And to ensure the carpeting does not get an alkaline burn. Better known as yellowing or browning. |

Are you asking what's better for the soil removal, the carpet, your equipment or your health? That's a loaded question...Need more info. Many times you must factor in the type of synthetic carpet. Type of soiling and strength of equipment being used. But in general you should look at 5 factors and only one of these are type of detergent solution. It takes just the right ingredients, time, temperature and expertise to make soup to perfection. |
