Has anyone seen the SpotBot advertised on T.V. from Bissel?

It offers a very professional approach to carpet spotting by automatically agitating a spot and then flushing it out. Maybe or maybe not this could be one more threat to the semi extinction of the carpet cleaner as we know of today.

Work or not it looks much more impressive than many carpet cleaners I know who rub a spot with the sole of their shoe. It does a great job cleaning the bottom of your shoe but does it look professional?

Remember the first three letters in profit is PRO.

Just clean the soles of your shoes before rubbing the spot.

Also the last 3 letters of profit are FIT, so if the shoe fits wear it and rub those spots deeper into the carpet.

That's probable the only cleaning that gets done is what the shoes remove very PRO?

I don't know if it is laziness

there's the time factor......it's gotta take forever with one of them rental units or a bissel

a rug doctor tends to leave carpets wet for waaaaay too long

and well,I know for myself I have enough to do around the house without worrying about cleaning the carpets.

Steaminpile,

I tend to ask the same questions with 100lb. Cymex machines and cleaning with hard surface cleaning pads + the kind of mechanical action that OP machines offer. It only tells me todays carpets can take a lickin' and keep on tickin'.

These cleaners who use these methods clean fast and cheap plus make money doing it.

Go figure...

In our industry it seems sometimes that you talk the talk but do you really do the walk to standards. Now many say if the customer pays have you done it to standards?

I just had one of Gmoneys customers call me....she doesn't like his OP cleaning.....lol  and he's been doing it a while for her and a few other places....

and he onlly charged her 12 bucks a room....

she wanted to know if I could do it that cheap...NO!

she told me she had a ton of properties that needed to get done...

but she needs a better price...so we did a test clean yesterday

she  loves it.....

but there will be no better price.

I can't believe those two Gmoney and Diva talking all the crap and then doing op for 12 bucks a room...lol
