Has anyone used a Namco Truckmount. I got a offer for a package unit hoses, reels, wands, and tools.  Its at least five years old. Do you think its worth $6000, trailer mounted.

This guy had been in biz for 8 years and this was his back-up until he broke both his ankles on different occasions. He also had a prochem rig which was used daily. I gonna try to bring it down a bit just cause of the hoses. Indeed, I thought of that about the liablitly incase one burst in the field. He mention it was looked over two months ago and had been in storage for two years. I really need for him to crack this baby up. This unit uses a little giant for heat if that matters any...

Thanks.

something that has been parked for two years.  Get ready to start replacing seals and gaskets and anything else that can harden over time.

just take it easy with the darn thing at first...

change the oils and the seals if possible... work it in slowly...

hopefully it was stored inside and not in a shed or barn

Good advice Mr. Steamer? Buy some piece of $hit antique and try to baby it back to life. In the mean time nickle and dime yourself to death trying to rebuilt it?

Not Everyone can afford brand new doug... 6 grand for all that stuff is a great price... even if you have to stick another 1000 or so back into the darn thing... better than a portable... just the hardware alone not including the machine is worth 6 grand

buy it cross your fingers and hope for the best... a new machine will cost you four times that
