just thought i would sound off.
I say a porty with 500psi and heat is "da bomb"
put a good glide on the wand and use a short hose where possible and you'll have some deadly results and deadly dry times!

dont listen to the sh*t these TM guys talk they have to talk that sh*t because of their investment

A truckmount would be a selfcontained cleaning unit. With the machinery  attached to the means of transporting it. Not some make believe portable and a generater used with the intent of missleading prospective customers.  Is that what you wanted hear Ed?  Now give up your good ole American sales pitch about your marvellous equipment and don't forget the vac booster.

A Truckmount just makes you look more professional, and big time, like most things in life we are deceived by our own illusion & perception.

A Porty on steroids is just as powerful as a Truckmount and will yield the same results.

The customer given a demo side by side will chose the cleaning ability of the Truckmount even though it's the same, not even realizing it's the Technician who does the cleaning.

I can hammer a nail with a rock, but the customer would rather see a real hammer.

He doesn't have to do 10 houses in a day, he just has to do 5 and make the same money as you Steamer, because unlike you he has no gas to pay while cleaning, and setup with a porty is faster therefore less down-time and less repairs= more dependable.......if it breaks rent one............if your truckmount breaks........you're screwed.

While in the maintenance I relied more on a Porty that my trucks.
