yes I did show my cards to Steamy and sent him a file with my Ad. Success is by design! Success principles Clear vision for our business which people make up our best target market and what they want? how to shape our business to best meet the needs of our target market how do we hold on to our customers? How do we get more customers? How in the heck do we put it all together? 1. "a wise man learns from his mistakes, but a successful man learns from the mistakes of others" You must enjoy the work (I know sounds too simple) If you keep doing what you have been doing you'll keep getting what what you've been getting. What do you want from your business I want to charge more and work less. (simple but not easy takes guts) Target market Choosing whom you wish to market to. Lets look at areas of customer spending Budget cars Kia clothing K-mart Restaurants *McDonalds Mid range Saturn Toyota clothing Mervyns restaurants White spot or tim hortons. High end Clothing custom stores restaurants Bistos Ruth crist steak house. Cars BMW Benz Range Rover. You must design business to fit what ever target market you want to service. FACT! you can't profitably meet the needs of all the people Price should correspond to the service provided.
Now that I have opened this pandoras box lets run with it.

Suction,
Comments like yours are not constructive. We are here to give a person support in his or her efforts at running better businesses, not slamming and flaming, thinking your cool. Suction, Tell us what you charge, what your ideas are at reaching a better market. etc. How you stand out from your competition, and why they pay you more than your competition. Let's learn from Suction for once. Or don't you have any suggestions , just criticisms. ??????? |

Steamer...raise your prices...that way everyone here will quit worring about it...heck, charge what you want...if you are happy with the money you get, why worry about it...as for me, my clients expect a price increase now and then...everything else has price increases and everyone gets raises where they work...why not us?...

Give me your vortex and I'll have higher prices than you....lol you can do a forty dollar job with a vortex.... I don't think I would pull that crap out for a 150 dollar job.. you need a high dollar amount to run that sh*t.. it takes me no more than 7 dollars in gas to do a 3 hour call....that includes driving there... weigh your variables before you start calling down my price |
