Most customers do not read warranties.....if they obey and follow the ruling they won't have anyone to clean their carpet.
Lost of companies have turn to in house certification, like Sears. what happens then....I don't think it'll make a difference. |

I've seen cleaners' adds mention that, but very rarely. You have a good point, in my opinion.

I would assume all you guys are up to date on the manufacturing warranties the big three mills carry. I mean Shaw, Mohawk and Beaulieu.
Each of these mills requires the homeowner to have their carpet professionally cleaned evry 2 years to maintain warranty coverage.
I was wondering why no one ever mentions this in their ads? To a newbie like me it seems a great selling point that is being ignored. Edited by Wesley - 08/August/2007 at 8:40pm |
