Hello Everyone. We just purchased a franchise about a month ago and wanted to talk with other carpet cleaners to see if maybe we did the right thing. Has anyone heard of cleanpro?

So this is a bonnett cleaning franchise? Good luck with it. I'am sure you will do well. You shouls ask the questions before the purchase not after. But I am sure you did your homework before sigining on the dotted line?

We did as much research as we could. This bonnett cleaning system was so much better than steam cleaning. We were stuck between chemdry and cleanpro. And we found cleanpro had a better product. And we didn't find any bad reviews on cleanpro as well. That why i'm here to see if anyone else is a cleanpro owner or knows anything about them...

They offer both. Not really HWE either they use an special rx-20 with carbonated water and chemicals. Think they call one there org system and other deep clean system. As for the two selections if I had to do bonnet I probably go with Chem Dry, just because more know name. Like you said you asking people if they herd of Cleanpro you probably wouldn't ask that about Chem Dry. Just my 2 cents. What made you decide to do franchise? Why bonnet over HWE franchise?

Bonnet cleaning is the easiest and cheapest way to get into carpet cleaning. I don't know why anyone would go the franchise route...unless they know nothing about carpet cleaning? In my opinion the best bet is to learn the business through training and working for someone for a little while. I know people who started with a franchise and once they learn the business, they realize they made a mistake going the franchise route...you'll make a lot more money on your own.
Not saying you won't be successful...but with carpet cleaning YOU are the one that will make it in this business...customers work with YOU, not the franchise. Work hard, treat your customers right and you'll be successful. |

We chose a franchise because we live in phoenix. For those that do not live in america, the population in phoenix arizona is HUGE. So it was either start from scratch and compete with everyother carpet cleaning company or go franchise. And the plus with franchise is that your promoting and advertising is already done. People already know to look for cleanpro in the phone book. And with cleanpro they refer us bussiness all the time. So it was guarenteed business. Not to mention chemdrys process didn't seem to be as powerfull as the cleanpro ion-exchange. But i don't want to sound like i'm plugging cleanpro just because we bought their franchise. It's just an oppinion
