no the sears i work at doesnt ontract out their work but may be an idea i will bring forward no one ever wants to do portables!!!!. isnt it amazing how people will treat the equipment when someone else owns it? what ive seen in the last years man i think i will never hire someone unless i know them cause man they are rough. any ideas for a newbie? like ive said i have the experience on trucks, portables certified just need that kick in the ass. today i did 7 jobs between 8 and 5. tired of ALL that work for someone else. made sears a big buck though. does anyone else do that many jobs in a day or what is the average?
