I try and get the most out of each one..so they vary.  But on avg probably like 60 1 br, 75 2 br, 90 3br.  Of course these are empty apts. so no furniture moving and no headaches from the tenant/homeowner.

thanks for you input guys,
I just landed a 35 unit account and and gave them a quote of

1bd 60
2bd 70
3bd 80

looks like its right on the money with other cleaners........ It's just so tough out here in Atlanta because people try and cut eachothers throats just to get work!!!!

very frustrating!!!!

Congrats on the contract!
Give them the best service possible and build their trust, then when someone comes along that is a bit cheaper, they will send them packin.

At one time we cleaned over 40 apt complexes. If I was to do it over again I wouldn't. Waste of time, leave it to the hacks. There is no loyalty there. You might think there is but your fooling yourself. Trust me I was there.

Steamer: I used to charge $65 1bd @ $ 75 2bd. Extra charge $25 for heavily soiled or stained. I was one of the highest priced cleaners in my area for that type of work. People trash rental units! you are not cleaning a trashed unit in one hour, so doubters do the math. You will learn the hard way, when the company decides to chanege after years of bending over for them, that the can get the same quality and sevice for $35 per unit. Ya right!

like Hammy said ...leave it to the hacks
