Freezing them is also easy in our climate.
Big doors, hard to insulate.

If you can afford a vortex, you can afford a heated garage to park it in

It is freezing on the way to a job you have to worry about. After the job is done, the blower is so hot you are good for many hours.

if your blower is getting that hot enough to heat a cube van, you`ve got problems, if anything the heatxchanger may keep the cube van warm for a while, but LNR is correct, I have had the wand and tools freeze in seconds with my van door open while setting up, I can`t imagine trying to heat a cube van with a big roll up door.. very impressive machine in warm climate, but not made for our climate,

You guys have a whole level of understanding about these units I've never even considered. In the coldest winter nights right where I live, it might get down to 32F degrees. So, I guess this is a great climate for those machines, but only a handful of guys here in San Diego have the Vortex, according to the one distributor we have in town. If I had the resources to step up and buy top-of-the-line everything and then market myself as a top-dollar primo service, that would be great. Maybe eventually . . . .

Actually, it is a 68 blower in most of these Units and it operates near 250 degrees F, so does put out alot of heat for hours after you shut it down. My Cleanco only has a 47 Roots in it and it is good for 2 to 3 hours after it is shut down even at -30 c. The 68 blower is at least twice the size of that one. They can be used in Canada, but you must insulate the ceiling , walls and floor to keep them warm.

Total over kill! Big units do nothing on their own, it is all about the person on the cleaning tool that counts.
