Did Nuclean in Waterloo get a Vortex?  I just saw him roll through Elmira with a big truck.

This could be bad for us little guys with porties

Don at NUCLEAN is a very good cleaner, not a Vortex but a good TM is in that van.  Don's brother  owns AAA Steam Cleaning In the Kitchener- Waterloo and runs a multiple truck operation, both good competitors.

They have been in business as long as I can remember, which is over 30 years

I guess that explains how nuclean & aaa take turns being low tender for the seniors buildings in the county.  The biggest building here in town 4 floors of halls + common areas takes the about 2.5 hrs one man one tm and about 2 to 3 days to dry. That's quality. We haven't bid on them for years. These hacks do 12 buildings  all over the county in less than a week for about $2600.00. splash & dash? It takes the maintaince man longer to vac the building than it takes nuclean to clean it including setup?

AAA has a real good rep around here those guys have their stuff togeather.  I took a walk through their plant the one day it is a nice operation.  When I talk with householders they seem to like there work.
I know nothing of Nuclean and the way they work I never have really run up agaisnt them before
