Pretty much.

Pretty much the best you can buy for the dollar paid anywhere(the planet) or I would not offer it, DLD.

Not made by me Mr. Patel. The machinist that made those was fired for that poor quality product. Neva was given Free Glides for as long as she is in this business as a result. She is very happy with the Steamway UltraLip glides that we send her now.All our glides are now made in house to control product quality, and to allow us to offer a great product at a great price.I designed alot of the equipment we use now myself so that we have a better glide product than any other manufacturer in the business.

YOUR NAME WAS ON IT, YOUE RESPONSIBILITY!

DON'T BLAME THE MACHINIST...DIDN'T YOU LOOK AT IT BEFORE YOU SHIPPED IT.

You made mquipment to make glides....LMFAO!

I'm then gussing that means you sharpened the knife you use to whittle the glides and slit the tube for the lips!

I was away on holidays last year when they got shipped out, but I did take responsibility for it anyways. The buck always stops with me when anything goes wrong. As it should.I gain when things go right, so it is I that lose when things don't go so well.

I am begining to wonder if all this hostility shown toward Ken is actually a farce to hide the true love and affection really felt toward him.

I joined this forum for the expertise of it's members.  It's truly a disappointment when members actively "slam" one another.

A critical issue for business is finding the problem, correcting the problem and satisfying (as much as reasonably expected) the customer.

Regardless of the reason for the failure of Ken's equipment, he made good for his customer.   That's the key for customer satisfaction.
