Ted always says........don't let the customer see you use any equipment or product that she could use herself..........Your a Professional. So far we have: Spoon Finger Nail Knife WD 40 Shoe Horn Looks like the customers are dealing with some real professionals.

i use a small amount of solvent, lots of heat and the end of my upholstry wand. remember to rinse real good with any solvent
