I like the Gale Force axial fans, however they are too loud for some jobs. The 3 speed saharahs are also very good by drieaz.

With out metioning any brand names!! ('')
Even though most people are sold on the low amps and higher cfm of a axial fan. They do work great in some situations. My opinion is the traditional air movers work the best because they direct all the air flow to the bottom 6" of the wall where most floods are less than 6" the axial air movers air flow is not directed to bottom 6". TRY this on a wall that has only 3-6 inches up a wall the traditional will win! "JUST MY OPINION" You need more than just one type of air mover to be able to dry all types of water losses. I have Esteem E-50 as well as Sahara Pros & Hurricanes.
Without knowing the exact weght on them I would say that the Sahara Pro is much lighter. Or the weight may be distributed a little better on them. What I do know is that whatever the brand they all make money & thats good enough for me!!! |

Lets face name recognition has a major role in selection. Availability and price certainly have to be taken into account also. But both of you are pushing the same product right?? You are selling what you make the most profit from right? I will let you two experts on this subjest shower us with your knowledge of airmovers.
