Victoria BC, Canada

The name is Steve Roberts and I am a second gen. carpet cleaner. I have specialized in oriental rug washing for the last 15 years and we clean upwards of 700 rugs a week.

We are currently upgrading our plant to be automated and will be setting up our Moore Roller-Jet soon!

Any fellow rug cleaners that can be of advise pls introduce yourselves.

I am introducing a muchly needed new tool to the rug cleaning market!

It is a portable rug duster, the RugBadger. an acronym for Bug, Allergen, Grit and Dirt Extractor for Rug Renovating?

Come and check out our website, www.rugbadger.com

steve

Steve.......your machine looks like it runs on the same concept as a pile lifter.

Adwa.

The Rugbadger is a rug duster.  A pile lifter is for removing sediments from the top of a rug. The Rugbadger is used by first placing the rug upside down, on a grid if possible and then running it over the back. All the grit, dust and allergens then are vibrated out of the rug and into grid.

I hope this answers your question.

steve

Ohhhhhhhh never heard of a machine like that. Most have a big vacuum motor in it to suck the dirt from the back were the fibers are not lose.

What is your real name?

What province or state do you live in?

The rugbadger can be hooked up to a vac, however it is mostly a waste of time as over 98% of the grit, dust and allergens drop out onto the floor!

Pile lifters do a far better job then a reg. vac., however they are next to useless next to a rugbadger. Maybe you will see one demo'd before to long!
