I have always been a gentleman with Mr. Senter and have never called him anything but " General Lee " I respect his knowledge of the carpet cleaning industry, and carpet fabricication. The Ministry of Labour inspectors can now write you tickets on the spot for things like wrong safety boots, no respirator, etc. Things are changing. However they will really focus on the problem areas first. Look at the overhaul they performed on the window cleaning industry.

We did a DFC only call today. Customer asked the cleaner if he was wearing deodorant or cologne. He said no. She then said she could smell his hairspray. She put on her mask and we cleaned with the DFC. Job came out great (just hallway and steps). We collected our $$ and she took off her mask as we left. Was my cleaner ever insulted.
