Your lucky I am not cleaning in your area.  My customers are getting clean carpets with dry times less then a hour.  Step it up.

Before I had a chance to use the green glide I would have told you that
were getting to close to your solvents.

It is not out of the realm of possibilities. I would never have believed the
1 1/2 hour dry time on a commercial job I did Saturday unless I had been
there doing the work. I am still cautious but swayed.

It was a good first Impression.

We are not your competition Mark , just other carpet cleaners out here
trying to learn. NO need Gloating, but thanks for reaffirming that dry
times can be better than ever before thought.

Steamy Just like  the quote I gave you on the phone.  20 bucks for each bedroom traffic area-if there are no walk in closets.  10 bucks for the hallway.  2 dollars a step.  Then you called back while I was in the middle of a job.  You asked about a sofa 65 bucks, 50 bucks for the love seat and 25 for the chair.  When you called back in the middle of the job again.  I told you to call me back as I was cleaning.  By the way after I got off the phone with you I sold protector to the job I was on.  By the way if you want protector half the cost of cleaning for the above quote.  Have a nice day Steamey.  By the way I hope your wife is feeling better as you told me she was in the hospital.

After getting over the confusing issue of your post... I see that your prices are no higher than mine... hmmm  I to charge 20 dollars a room... I charge 60 for a Sofa... 50 for a love seat 35 for a chair.... I too sell gard at 50% and deo at 25%

I'm running a spring special 2 rooms for $40

I charge a hall as a full area...

Waldo our prices are about the same....hmmmm I guess you couldn't get fjorking prices either...

there are 200 carpet cleaners in my area... I have to get these people to choose me....I'm not lowballing   I'm just balling
