I'm sure When Neva is finished taking her vacation she will tell you what happened. Last I heard she still hadn't received the refund check Ken promised her months ago. By the way, she is a legitimate carpet cleaner working out of Minnesota. She owns her own business along with her mom. She is a full time cleaner, and quite a sweetheart. She is as nice as she is beautiful, but I don't think she is very happy with ken! We don't make glides for the Steamway wand yet, but she is getting one from us free of charge when we do. She has been through the mill and back with Ken and somebody needed to help her out, so since Ken wouldn't step up to the plate and do the right thing we will. Take care, Lisa

There seems to be a new one every other month that's been ripped off by Ken. Why don't you get these people here all at once. I'm sure that would be a strong impact and Dennis would finally get some sleep.

She was not ripped off by me. She was told to send her glides back to me and receive her money back. But she wont do that. I do not send money back to anyone without the product being returned first. Neva was asked to do that on 6 different occassions now, but has never complied. The early steamway way glides that we made a year ago were problematic for us so we dropped them back in April last year. All people that bought them and were not happy were asked to send them back to us and get refunds, and all of them did, except Neva. I have not made any Steamway glides since that time until this month. Now I have a new Steamway glide design that will be shown at ASCR next month, and we will once again be able to help the many people that have this wand.

I guess they were problematic Ken, Neva had three separate glides and not one came close to fitting. I have Scott Rendall's Steamway KenGlide sitting here on my desk right now, it was an inch too short! Neva refused to throw good money after bad and pay to ship those POS glides back to you unless YOU paid for the shipping. You said you would send her a check, and you never did. How is it HER responsibility to pay for YOUR ineptitude? If I screwed up I would refund the money or exchange the product for an acceptable one...and pay for them to ship back my mistake. That is what people expect from a legitimate business. BTW Ken, why don't you accept MC or sell on Ebay anymore? Take care, Lisa |

I too witnessed the crap Ken sold Neva and somehow CALLED them glides, I also saw him post he would take care of it, guess he needed rent money again, seems rent money is much more important than honesty and integrity.
