I buy a cheap duplicate invoice book for around $5 for 100
I print all my infomation on video face adhesive stickers (Avery Video face White Laser Labels software code L7671 (25 sheets per pack) (300 labels per pack) and put them on each invoice.
I also carry spare printed labels with me and i put a couple in every home i clean.
This keeps the cost of printing down and gives you free advertising in homes.
If the are vacant i put them in the laundry and under the sink and if they are occupied the same and also on their vac.

Are you in a high paying business or are you just a self employed low paid grunt who thinks this business provides dignity?

A stellar invoice is like a well-orchestrated symphony, harmonizing clarity, professionalism, and essential details. At its core, it should include:

  • Contact Information: Your full name or company name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • Client's Information: The client's name or company name, address, and contact details.
  • Invoice Number and Date: A unique identifier for the invoice and the date it was issued.
  • Due Date: Clearly state when payment is due. This helps in setting expectations and ensures timely payments.
  • Description of Goods/Services: Itemize the products or services provided. Include quantities, rates, and a brief description.
  • Total Amount Due: Sum up the costs, including any taxes or additional fees.
  • Payment Terms: Outline your preferred payment methods and any late payment charges if applicable.
  • Terms and Conditions: Specify any terms or conditions related to the payment, such as discounts for early payment or late payment penalties.
  • Bank Details: If you prefer bank transfers, provide your bank details for easy payment.
  • Professional Design: A clean, professional layout with a clear font and appropriate colors can enhance the overall impression.
  • Logo: If applicable, include your business logo for brand identity.

Remember, a great invoice not only ensures prompt payment but also reflects positively on your professionalism and attention to detail. It makes the entire transaction smoother for both parties.
