Prochem legend SE mancine gets too hot quick got too keep working to drop the temerature.
If I change the orifice it will run approx 190 to 200 continuos. I like the heat I run the PSI about 325 lower the higher the temperature gets. Question is what is the downfall of not changing the orifice?  |

sounds more like it is not bypassing to cool itself down I would descale it first than see what the heat is like?

When I finish a job and turn the manual temperature bypass valve down the temperature drops down smoothly.

if you use a freshwater tank and a courtesy hose you can bypass a little into your freshwater tank, not a lot, just enough to drop your pressure by about 50psi. That will keep your temps more consistent.

Orifice is fine !! Going to just run it if anything there is a temperature dial have it on max will turn it down
