I am getting some serious blow by when my machine is in use.
Usually one time per job it will just release and blow out the silencer. I was thinking it is because of the soap, maybe to much and getting into the filter from the recovery tank. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks |

How old is you unit? Sounds like a hole in your waste tank. Is you tank equiped wit an auto shutoff if the tank gets too full?? If so is it working? to get backflow threw the blower it is either not shutting off, possible a foam problem, maybe even the tank gasket. To do this it needs to be sucking air from somewhere else besides your hose inlet. I had two waste tanks both with defects on a new machine they had bad welds and once the tank got so full they would blowoff threw the blower.
