Hi,
My name is Tim Chipman. I just found this site and hope to spend some time here picking some of your brains for ideas etc.
I've owned a ServiceMaster franchise for 28 years. I know you all must think I'm anceint, but really it's not all that bad.
For twenty something years we were pretty much full service, (although I've haven't stripped and waxed a floor for a very long time). Now it's just carpet and upholstery, and whatever flood restoration I can handle. I started of course, on the truck and then for years had employees doing the cleaning until maybe 92. That's when I downsized a bit and just went back on the truck myself. I use a Hydramaster CDS and have had the same one for 10 years, (6000 hours) It still runs like a top so I'm not upgrading just yet.
I use wand (with glide) probably the most. Next would be the Hydramaster Dry Master, which I really like, then once in a while for a really bad one, I'll drag out the RX20. I like that too, but if you need it to dry quickly you'll need two vacuum passes.
That's about it for now. Hope to visit with you all down the trail.
Tim

With 28 years of experience, you'll probably be getting your brained picked a little bit as well. Welcome to the forum.

To Barkri12

Not sure if you noticed but your anchor text is not formatted correctly.  This means you will not get in any search engine love.  Also, you may want to include you city in the anchor text to get focused traffic and SEO love!  Let me know if you need help with this.
