SINCE WHEN? ALWAYS..!
Category 1 Water – That which is clean at the releasing source and does not pose a hazard if consumed by humans. Category 1 water may become progressively contaminated as it mixes with soils on or within floor coverings or building assemblies (walls, decking, subflooring). Time and temperature, which promote the growth and amplification of microorganisms in water can cause Category 1 water to degrade. Examples: burst water pipes, failed supply lines on appliances, vertically falling rainwater.. duh! Snow also falls vertcally if you cant remember Don and doug..

John I don't know about you but I don't consume much snow off sidewalks. snow is not rain water you can class all you want if it justifies what you have done. But since it never melted and suddnely appeared on the inside walls. maybe that is why their guy never showedup he had his way and they had yours???

Some of my institutional/commercial customers pay right away. Others seem to pay their bills once each month.

Any type of river water is considered category 3 due to the load of organisms that are in it. We used to say that any water that traveled through organic load dirt was category 2. They must have changed this.

only if they are not planing on using you again. I had one once that only paid just before they would call for more work. that relationship went down the crapper very fast like after the second call.
