Start with a marketing plan and business plan. It is a lot easier to get where you are going when you have a map. Websites help a ton. Have people help you. USP Have a unique selling product or point. What makes you more special than the rest of us carpet cleaning rug rats. You can use anything you want from my site and if you have more specific questions let me know.
