I am about to launch a new company, and would like your opinion on available software.  I am new to the carpet cleaning business, but I have been self-employed for 16 years in a completely different field.  In my experience, the software allows a company to work efficiently, to stay organized and survive any and all sales tax audits. 

Machines, vans, corporate ID's and Marketing have all been completed.  However, after reading and looking at countless online demonstrations, I am still unsure and would like your personal opinions on which software is most effective.  I want to hear from the man on the ground, the guy doing the billing and scheduling. 

My interest would be ease of use, scheduling, billing, AR/AP, follow up letters and so on.  I'd like to have software that is internet capable as well.  But, would look the alternative.
