I bought a used TruckMount the other day well Tuesday to be exact, LOL... And I need some assistance hooking everything back up... If anybody can help all input will be highly appreciated... And it didnt come with any wands so how do I go about purchasing the correct one for my particular machine... Oh yeah by the way it is installed in a 1994 Ford Econoline 150... The Blower says UNIVERSAL RAM BLOWER: Model 36URAI..

That 18hp Kohler looks pretty clean for its age.. You have a 36 blower.. How many hrs on it?.. Do i see a kunkle valve with autodump? The red thing looks like a large heat exchanger but not connected at one end or its a muffler silencer but i dont see black carbon at the end on the floor..
Don't know about the wires.. Where do they lead to? Override would probably be full rpms.. Normal would be lower rpms..
Correct me if i am wrong guru's..

The wires are most likely associated with the following systems:
a. High temp shut down b. Full waste tank shut down c. water temp thermostat d. fuel pump One of these systems probably stopped functioning properly and the previous user disconnected them to finish an appointment and never fixed the problem. So keep in mind that putting it back together may not be the final solution. As to where to hook them up depends on the motor. I bet you can find some specs on that old motor on the Kohler website. Alot of opinions on wands out there. Search around the blog, I'm sure you'll find something. Good luck. P.S. Make sure to disconnect the battery before any servicing. The override switch is simply that. On my pro chem unit it overrides all the sending units including the low oil pressure so the unit will start easier. The big red thing is the motor?????

not the motor... the big red tank in the back is what he is wondering about. I would say its a blower silencer.
