Hmmmmmm......what will his answer be this time???? Is it the 2 minute drying times or the top notch customer service???? Maybe it's the fact that his techs make $100k/year........or maybe Kenny will come up with a new story for usHmmm

50 cents a sq foot will never fly... you can get new carpet with install and padding for less than $1.00 per sq ft.

That's how I know people who say they charge that are bullsh*tting.

why would you clean the carpet???

spot clean with windex and replace after 4 or 5 years....LOL

no one will pay 50 bucks to clean a 10x10 room  not even with gard and deo pilelifting and grooming ...HELL NO!

Easy to justify. Doing furnished rooms averages 400 sq ft per hour on average. At .50 that works out to $200 so that works out to $200/hr for the job. Our minimum job is 1 hour's labour. Easy to justify.

yep. We average $200/hr with our trucks. I set our minimum charge as 1 hour. Simple and effective. Calgary has over 20,000 millionaires here so they can afford it. No problem.

I stand corrected.
