I work alone most of the time IN THE OFFICE HERE.I have people working for me in glide production, making up the Turbotecks and brushs, and of course assembley of the Titans.Nobody could send out over 1000 orders per month, and do all the production work too. Only someone as stupid as Friendly is would believe otherwise.

Yep, I lost my $20/hr help last month. The 2 guys doing glide production quit and are now making around $50/hr up north at Ft Mac. The 2 guys that replaced them are GUARANTEED a minimum of $30/hr for their time. But since they work by piecework, I expect they will be making closer to $40/hr soon when they get good at their jobs.

When I said I don't want to pay $30/hr here, I was talking about help in the office. That is why I usually work alone here. Answering phone calls, answering thousands of e-mails, posting to 2 boards and shipping.I have NO CHOICE but to pay what I have to pay to get the product made.I have absolutly no spare time to do anything more in the office here than what I am doing now.

I don't pay ANYONE less than that currently.

I don't pay anyone under $40/hr currently. That is a fact. Those that start working for me in Glide Production, start at a $40 rate for the first 30 days(probation period). After that they move to piecework, with a $30/hr minimum guarantee.No contradiction between what I said and how thing are run. Only a lack of understanding from you. But then, what else would i expect from you.

Yep, I used to pay my OFFICE help $20/hr too, but they left(Claudia and Colleen) for higher paying jobs last Summer. I have worked alone in the office since then.I do the work of at least 2 people here.
