Nightrider, you don't have that Marketing Master under your name for nothing, thats ingenious except for one thing, I have to show a demo and they will probably chose the truckmount for the demo becaue there will be customers there at that time so they are going to want me in and out as fast as possible with the least amount of noise and distraction... AND I DON'T OWN A TRUCKMOUNT Cry.......YET.
I got money in the bank, but E on the tank.

i wouldnt do it your going to look like a big loser with your lil portable, and its probably a serious liability, they will probably hire a professional anyways... just my opinion though..Clap

what was wrong with what I said??? If you want the job...you got to do what the customer wants.

Lots of times I do what I want...and tell them to find another cleaner

You dont need 1M insurance.. Your cleaning the carpet not re-modeling the building or doing a re-roof or want to buy the place.. 
 
Pass on it.. They dont pay right away.. You want to wait 30-90 days? Not me..
 
When the Mex's see you with that portable they will tell there boss.. I can do that for you cheaper..

Steamer: sometimes you just don't need the god dam customer!!!!!!!!!! With all these places staying open 24/7 closing 1 to 2 hrs late at night or earily in the morning for cleaning or stay dirty money is their game.

there is millions of sq ft of carpet out there why would you want a building that is open 24 hours and you would need a lot more than 1 million in liabilty insurance
