Chemspecs EnzAll is a great specialty product. It works great on packed down food grease mainly because of it's extreme high Alkaline & Enzyme pH.

It works so well I have many customers who prefer to use it on everything, everywhere.

This is NOT a product to use that way as many cause serious browning and or Alkaline burn or will remove any Teflon or Scochgard that is on the carpet. And that's not professional or good for your customer. Stern

And also not good to humans if used on a daily basis! In this day and age there are products much safer to use and will clean just as well

"It works great on packed down food grease mainly because of it's extreme high Alkaline & Enzyme pH. "  True to a certain level..

I took 2 runners from a Chinese joint caked thick with grease real thick and whatever else was in it.. Added 3 scoops enzall per gal presprayed one..

The other i sprayed Castrols degreaser/cleaner full strength..

Let them both dwell for 10-15min.. Hands down winner wasn't enzall..

So.. Don't waste all that expensive enzall for them runners or entries that are very caked up.. Use the Casrols first then flush with high heat and 500-600psi...

Moderate grease yes... Heavy grease use Castrols degreaser first...

All day long cleaners tell me about a wonderful cleaner or gunk remover that is sold into another industry such as the auto industry that works great.

I don't even doubt them but when I ask them what the side effects are most cannot answer that question.

A - Residues from these petroleum products can create rapid resoiling or possibly delaminate the carpet or dissolve rubber backings or at least remove the plasticiser.

B - Have an ill effect on your cleaning equipment. Both are detrimental to you and your customers goods.
