steamerguy, your using hydoforce and also putting down your emulsifier.. A waste of emulsifier and money and you'll have to fill more often...

SOLUTION: You can get a valve that redirects the pump pressure.. By adding another pressure hose to the valves disconnect then you will insert the other end in a 5gal jug of your prespray. This will suck prespray to your hydro.. turn the valve knob and it sucks from your solution tank...

                                                         OR

Look at the bottom of your solution tank.. see that filter... add 3ft of solution hose to that... Set your 5gal prespray jug next to your machine.. Insert that added 3ft into the jug...

When you start extracting remember to replace hose back in your solution tank...

Interesting. Never heard the one of working off the solution meter before. To make that work that woud then depend on how you adjusted the metering valve for this second tank with pre spray on it. Also you would have to have a separate wand for that and propably turn down the pressure on the pump for the prespray. I run at 450 psi most of the time. As you allready know, pressure washer tips come in different gallons per minute versions as well as spray pattern. What tip would you use and typically what pressure would you use.

This does seem to be more work than its worth on some levels but I can see some advantage to having a large supply of pre-mixed prespray on the ready.

Thats the fastest way to prespay with a porty by using the porty pump but you want to bypass the solution tank... the hose that goes to your sol.tank comes from the pump, just add extention and slip in your prespray jug.. If you've never owed a porty you probably wont understand all i posted.....OH WELL!!!  Theres no faster way than the 2 ways i mentioned..

Get your wrenches out and modify...
